Insights Manager II, Retail Insights

📋 Description

• Own analytics for a set of retail accounts and turn data into decisions that grow retail
• Produce quantitative business cases to secure more marketing dollars or product resources.
• Integrate AI into workflows and automate manual reporting to save team time.
• Contribute to team projects such as affordability collateral and anomaly tracking.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, business reviews, and specific projects for retail partners
• Engage in internal team work such as scalable analytics (20% of time).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries to pull and analyze data.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior internal and
• Intellectual curiosity and a drive to get to the root cause of a problem.
• Hands-on AI experience and knowledge, including applying AI tools to analytical workflows.
• Approximately five years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Deeper technical experience such as detailed modeling and dashboarding.
