Inspection and Warranty Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the construction quality assurance and warranty program for housing and facilities.
• Serve as primary Facilities representative embedded in Development phase; partner with Development
• Review designs early to identify issues and prevent future warranty problems.
• Address discrepancies between design intent and as-built conditions.
• Exercise independent judgment to protect facility performance and reduce maintenance liability.
• Hold builders and vendors accountable for quality and warranty performance.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of progressive experience in building maintenance, construction, quality inspection
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, building science, facilities management, or related
• ICC Building Inspector certification or equivalent
• Project or program management credential (e.g., PMP, CCM, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ownership of complex issues and cross-functional coordination
