Install Lead

📋 Description

• Lead Install Team to ensure safe, high-quality installs
• Train and onboard installers; oversee ongoing training
• Inspect sites to enforce standards and client experience
• Oversee daily status checklists and updates
• Provide floater coverage for scheduler-assigned jobs and Go Backs
• Instruct installers on safety and protecting customer property

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as California Closets Installer/Senior Installer or similar
• High School diploma or GED
• Proven ability and quality in custom cabinetry installations
• Able to lift 50 pounds and have mobility for installations
• Good sight, hearing, and speech for woodworking environments
• Some travel may be required
