📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop residential and commercial garage door installers
• Set clear expectations for productivity, workmanship, safety, professionalism, and customer
• Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address performance concerns promptly
• Identify training needs and help installers strengthen their technical skills and efficiency
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
• Oversee daily installation activity, crew readiness, job progress, and completion

• Experience leading installation crews, field operations, or skilled trades teams
• Demonstrated ability to coach employees, establish expectations, and improve team performance
• Experience managing productivity, labor efficiency, workmanship, and operational results
• Technical knowledge of installation practices, tools, equipment, and jobsite safety
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt when field conditions or schedules change
