Installation Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee customer engagements with installation partners and provide onsite support for deployments.
• Deliver high-quality installations that drive adoption and long-term value.
• Define installation best practices for the EMEA organisation and train installers.
• Coordinate with partners to complete work on time, on budget, and per SOW.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies; escalate as needed.
• Travel frequently for installations and onsite support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing vehicle and/or hardware technology.
• Prior vehicle installation or fitter experience (e.g., emergency lighting, GPS).
• Understanding of CAN bus and PTO applications for vehicles.
• Confident in electronic and system integration and specification.
• Experience in field operations coordination, implementation, and technical deployment.
• Interest in AI with the view to create tooling to operate at scale.
