Installation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of installers for residential spaces.
• Install and repair custom storage systems using laminate wood, edge-banding, and hardware.
• Manage installation schedule and headcount; train installers.
• Use CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems and train installers.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure quality expectations are met.
• Maintain safety programs; ensure PPE and OSHA compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and use hand tools; physically capable.
• Operate machines, hand tools, and job-specific equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
