📋 Description

• Prepare sites for POS installations via virtual assessments and on-site readiness checks.
• Install and configure POS hardware: workstations, printers, pin pads, cash drawers.
• Deliver staff training and live support for store teams.
• Serve as a technical escalation point; mentor junior specialists.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technicians, and Engineering.
• Travel to client sites as required to ensure install success.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep networking expertise: low-voltage cabling, routers, switches.
• Wi-Fi optimization and advanced network testing (speed, DNS).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and escalation handling.
• Hands-on POS deployments across multi-terminal environments.
• Project leadership; ability to mentor junior team members.
