Installation Specialist - Bilingual

📋 Description

• Lead virtual site surveys and on-site readiness checks.
• Install and configure POS hardware (workstations, printers, pin pads).
• Perform cabling, patching, and network connectivity setup.
• Provide onsite staff training and live support.
• Troubleshoot complex infra issues; mentor junior specialists.
• Document survey outcomes and contribute to SOP/process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong networking knowledge: switches, routers, Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with low-voltage cabling and restaurant installs.
• Proven multi-site installation leadership and project coordination.
• Client-facing skills; able to train staff and explain tech.
• POS systems experience in QSR or retail environments.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, ticketing.
