Installation Specialist - Bilingual (Kansas City, MO)

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual site surveys and readiness checks
• Install and configure POS hardware onsite and remotely
• Provide staff training and live support
• Travel regularly to client sites as required
• Lead post-install follow-ups and adoption
• Maintain records in internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in restaurant and/or technical support
• High school diploma; associate degree preferred
• English fluency; bilingual Spanish required
• 50-75% travel with overnight stays
• Deep networking: wiring, routers, switches, Wi-Fi
• POS deployments across QSR/retail; project leadership
