Installation Specialist - Bilingual (Tampa, FL)

📋 Description

• Lead virtual site surveys and on-site readiness checks to ensure successful POS installations.
• Install/configure POS hardware, cabling, and network infrastructure; provide staff training.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues; mentor junior specialists; drive process improvements.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support installations and adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and engineering to ensure installation success.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of restaurant and/or technical support experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-75%; local and out-of-state overnight stays.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems, networking, and multi-site deployments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
