Installation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Inspect job sites to ensure installations meet company standards and service.
• Use company assessment tools to evaluate installers and recommend improvements.
• Provide new hire and ongoing training.
• Oversee daily status checklists and updates.
• Provide floater coverage for missed installations as assigned.
• Advise installers on safety and respect for customer property.

🎯 Requirements

• Master level experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in custom cabinetry installations (ability and quality)
• Able to lift 50 lbs and clear mobility for installation work
• Good sight, speech, and hearing for woodworking environment
• Some travel may be required
