Installation Technician

📋 Description

• Install Tenna trackers on mid-sized vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Test installations for performance and spec compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair Tenna equipment and systems.
• Train customers on hardware installation and product use.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of the Tenna Asset Management System.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in automotive work on special equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
