Serve as the primary point of contact for all Installed Base sales inquiries, including training
Conduct outbound communications with existing customers and channel partners to support renewals
Provide consultative business solutions aligned with customer needs, including live web-based
Leverage product subscription data to increase active subscribers within the Installed Base
Strengthen customer relationships with deep product knowledge
Develop and grow pipeline through communication of promotional offerings

🎯 Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English required; additional languages highly preferred
Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
Quick to learn and adapt to new tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills for translating complex data
