Institutional Contract Manager

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (institutional, vendor, NDAs, licenses).
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake to renewal and termination.
• Serve as main legal contact for internal teams during negotiations.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws, policies, and governance.
• Coordinate with external counsel on complex/multi-jurisdictional matters and risk.
• Develop and maintain a centralized contract management system.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LLB/JD/Mag.iur./LL.M. or equivalent)
• At least 3 years legal experience, in-house or law firm
• Strong knowledge of Austrian and EU contract/commercial law and regulatory compliance
• Experience handling official legal requests (court orders/inquiries)
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational/documentation skills
• Fluent in German and English; able to work independently in a regulated environment
