📋 Description

• Build the territory plan. Map universities and hospitals in LATAM that do not yet offer AMBOSS to
• Open doors and run discovery. Engage active student users, faculty champions and decision-makers
• Present and persuade. Create and deliver tailored presentations and demos that connect AMBOSS to
• Close and launch. Lead negotiations through to signed agreements, then hand over cleanly to
• Grow accounts with data. Work with our Data and Sales Operations teams to analyse usage data, prove
• Be the voice of the region. Act as the interface between institutions and our Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• You are a licensed medical doctor from a Latin American country
• Account-management experience with a demonstrable track record of closing deals.
• Spanish at native level and fluent English (our internal working language is English).
• Consultative communication skills: you listen first, ask good questions, and can present
• Ownership and structure: you work independently, manage several parallel projects, and keep a clean
• Willingness to travel across the Latin American region (roughly 25–40% of your time) and to spend
