Instructional Coach, Literacy (Fixed-Term)

📋 Description

• Lead observations and feedback to strengthen literacy implementation.
• Support unit/lesson planning with grade-level teams.
• Lead lesson study cycles for teachers.
• Facilitate PLCs for leaders and teachers, including office hour consultations.
• Analyze student work and formative data to inform instruction.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for literacy and science of reading.
• 5+ years K-5/6-8 literacy teaching with demonstrable results.
• Experience leading sustained coaching engagements and PD for educators.
• Experience guiding teams through change management.
• Proficiency with Google Applications.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 4 days/week.
