📋 Description

• Remote role designing and delivering training in healthcare tech.
• Create and maintain learning content, job aids, docs, and eLearning materials.
• Combine instructional design, training coordination, tech learning support, and classroom
• Collaborate with senior designers, training managers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, go-live activities, demos, and ongoing end-user education.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 1–2 years in instructional design or learning environment.
• Hands-on experience with instructional design, coursework, eLearning content.
• Experience creating project/work plans and structured content processes.
• Knowledge of payer/healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear materials for diverse audiences.
