📋 Description

• Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning courses and blended programs.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based development to align with objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and teams to identify knowledge gaps.

• Evaluate training using formative and summative assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• At least 3 years designing learning solutions in corporate, academic, nonprofit, or similar.
• Experience applying backwards design or outcome-based methodologies.
• Ability to develop measurable objectives aligned with goals.
• Experience partnering with SMEs to gather requirements and deliver training.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, LMS, and digital learning tech.
