Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design learning across formats: eLearning, ILT, job aids, quick guides.
• Build scalable content with Articulate 360, Canva, Google Suite, Confluence.
• Partner with SMEs to translate concepts into practical guidance.
• Govern Kin’s knowledge base: standards, tagging, audits, version control.
• Revise content quickly for process changes, launches, or regulatory updates.
• Create rollout communications and guides to support adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in instructional design or L&D.
• 1-2 years in knowledge management/content strategy.
• Familiar with designing training for sales/service insurance environments.
• Hands-on eLearning content with Articulate Rise or similar.
• Experience across modalities: VILT, videos, job aids, microlearning.
• Strong writing; knowledge of ADDIE and adult learning principles.
