📋 Description

• Format and update presentation materials to match Bundle's design templates
• Build learner-specific versions of existing training materials based on clear guidelines
• Execute light content edits and regular updates across existing learning assets
• Conduct quality control, reviewing materials for design, formatting, and consistency against
• Apply adult learning principles (andragogy) to keep content clear, actionable, and engaging
• Utilize modern AI tools (including Claude and Microsoft Copilot) to enhance instructional design

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy) and how to apply them to professional
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint or similar) with a strict eye for visual layout and
• Hands-on experience actively integrating AI tools—specifically Claude and Microsoft Copilot—into
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and sound judgment when evaluating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• High level of autonomy with a proven ability to follow established guidelines and execute
