📋 Description

• Design & develop learning: Own instructional design projects end-to-end, creating engaging
• Build for scale: Coordinate across teams to identify shared learning needs and build modular
• Translate complexity: Partner with Clinical, Operations, Product, Quality & Safety, and other
• Enable continuous learning: Create and maintain learning materials that effectively support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical / healthcare training role.
• Experience training in a telemedicine setting preferred.
• Clinical experience (incl. RN) preferred.
• Strong instructional design expertise, including adult learning principles, needs analysis
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical, technical, and operational information into clear
