📋 Description

• Build interactive e-learning in Articulate Storyline 360 and other rapid development tools, using
• Produce learning videos from approved scripts and storyboards through recording, editing, motion
• Design on-brand visual assets, including icons, infographics, illustrations, slides, and interface
• Apply instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles to content structure, pacing
• Manage your assigned project workload within agreed scope and timelines, tracking tasks
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, program managers, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, digital media
• 1–3 years of relevant hands-on experience developing digital learning content, ideally for global
• Working proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, including the ability to build interactions using
• Video development skills covering screen recording, editing, audio cleanup, basic motion graphics
• Graphic design capability for learning contexts, including visual hierarchy, typography
• Expanded knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with the ability to apply
