• Develop compelling learning journeys, curriculum maps, storyboards, assessments, job aids, and
• Create interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging, and results-driven learning experiences.
• Design learning content that supports operational excellence, leadership development, compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Curriculum Development, Training
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
• Experience creating digital learning assets, assessments, simulations, and multimedia-based content.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM standards, and learning technologies.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
