📋 Description

• Apply learning models, frameworks, and technologies to design effective, high-quality learning
• Create learning solutions for web-based learning, instructor-led and virtual workshops
• Support the development of AI-enabled learning experiences, including chatbots
• Support learning operations and coordination activities
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience using learning and creative tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, MS
• Experience with LMS, LXP, and web-based learning platforms, with a basic understanding of APIs
• Experience analysing learning feedback, data and reports to measure impact and drive continuous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Exposure to chatbot development using Node.js and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
