Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Develop partner training courses for on-demand, live, and virtual formats.
• Collaborate with Sr Instructional Designer and global team.
• Create training materials to enable partners to perform their jobs effectively.
• Update training materials and catalogs based on the roadmap.
• Align training to company initiatives and product releases.
• Stay current with product updates, cloud knowledge, and GTM activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a product-based organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar (preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Excellent English communication; collaborate with SMEs and managers.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline360 and Rise360 (or similar).
• Onsite presence in Bangalore; travel as needed.
