📋 Description

• Design scalable onboarding programs for employees and contractors
• Develop learning pathways for readiness and retention
• Create assessments, simulations, and job aids
• Build training for adoption of the mobility platform and AI workflows
• Modernize legacy materials into digital, video-based modules
• Create knowledge bases and reusable learning assets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Instructional Design, L&D, or related field
• Experience designing onboarding programs and learning infrastructure
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methods
• Experience with e-learning, video-based, and blended learning
• Experience with LMS and digital learning technologies
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Synthesia, Google Vids, or similar
