Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop and evaluate learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Partner with Knowledge Management and Delivery teams to create learning resources.
• Lead multiple projects using PM tools and coordinate with SMEs.
• Create learning solutions with eLearning, self-directed, gamification, ILT.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and ensure content accuracy.
• Travel to Medford for onboarding may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent; formal Instructional Design training preferred.
• 4-7 years designing/developing learning programs; 2-4 years facilitating.
• Experience in high-volume service or sales; strong PM.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools; Articulate Storyline preferred.
• ADDIE lifecycle mastery; data-driven impact evaluation.
• SME engagement; AI-enabled tech integration and visual storytelling.
