🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as Corporate Trainer, L&D Specialist, or Instructional Designer.
• Experience creating and structuring training materials and programs.
• Strong writing and content development; simplify complex info.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate requirements into learning.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• English proficiency for documentation and stakeholder communication.
