Instructional Designer (AI-Forward Curriculum Design & Development)

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end learning solutions using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and
• Analyze business requirements, review content, and identify knowledge and performance gaps
• Develop curriculum maps, learning paths, lesson plans, facilitator guides, learner materials, job
• Create learning solutions for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, and digital
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, validate content, and ensure
• Utilize AI tools to support content analysis, storyboarding, scripting, drafting, and content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, specifically focused on curriculum
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a BPO environment
• Demonstrated experience applying instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning theories
• Experience creating training materials for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led
