Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Develop multimodal curricula for online, ILT, and vILT environments.
• Apply instructional design theories to close performance gaps.
• Produce scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for stakeholder review.
• Build engaging e-learning using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• Own end-to-end content development lifecycle across teams.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards and branding guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in instructional design or corporate training.
• Experience in Agile two-week development cycles.
• Articulate 360, Adobe CC, Camtasia, and MS Office mastery.
• Translate complex technical information into engaging learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design processes, taxonomy, and knowledge transfer.
• Excellent writing and editing to simplify concepts and build consensus.
• BA/BS in Education or Instructional Design; portfolio required.
