📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging learning content across media
• Translate complex info into learner-friendly experiences
• Support task tracking and delivery of projects
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content
• Apply instructional design best practices and design thinking
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new learning approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 2-3 years in adult learning or training development
• Strong instructional design knowledge and theory
• Proficiency with contemporary content tools (eLearning, video, graphics)
• Ability to create high-quality digital assets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
