Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Convert storyboards, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, desk references, and quick reference
• Apply sound instructional design principles and the ADDIE methodology, adapting pacing
• Design and develop learning programs aligned with client objectives, organizational goals
• Partner closely with project managers, teammates, and clients to clarify requirements, align on
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, organizing workloads and consistently
• Develop learning solutions using a broad range of approaches, including self-study, practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an instructional development, learning and
