Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop technical learning solutions aligned with learning objectives, audience needs
• Apply instructional design frameworks, including ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy, to structure learning
• Create, update, and maintain eLearning modules, course outlines, presentations, workbooks, trainer
• Collaborate with technical trainers, product managers, engineers, technical marketing teams
• Translate complex networking, cybersecurity, and software product concepts into clear, accessible
• Develop realistic scenarios, demonstrations, simulations, hands-on labs, and assessments that

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in instructional design, technical training, eLearning development
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, communications
• Experience designing learning solutions for technical products, software, networking
• Intermediate proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, learning management systems, presentation
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, assessment
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate learning projects, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines
