📋 Description

• Design and develop e-learning modules, blended learning resources, and performance support tools
• Use authoring, visual design, and approved artificial intelligence tools to create and update
• Partner with product marketing, operations, and other subject matter experts to gather information
• Apply instructional design and user experience principles to create clear, practical learning
• Assess learning needs with stakeholders and translate capability gaps into focused content and
• Use learner feedback and learning activity data to evaluate content effectiveness and make

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement, or a related learning-content
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise or comparable software, to
• Ability to explain complex information through clear writing, visual design, and learning activities
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to learn unfamiliar products or processes and
• Experience managing content-development tasks and deadlines, incorporating feedback, and using
• Experience developing learning content for sales or other customer-facing teams
