📋 Description

• Design and develop technical learning solutions aligned with learning objectives, audience needs
• Apply instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy, to structure
• Create and maintain eLearning modules, course outlines, workbooks, presentations, trainer guides
• Collaborate with technical trainers, product managers, engineers, technical marketing specialists
• Translate complex networking, cybersecurity, software, and product concepts into clear, engaging
• Develop practical scenarios, demonstrations, simulations, hands-on labs, and assessments that

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, technical training, eLearning development
• A bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, communications
• Experience designing and developing learning solutions for technical products, software
• Intermediate proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, learning management systems, presentation
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, assessment
• Experience coordinating learning projects, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines
