📋 Description

• Design and develop curriculum and instructional materials.
• Partner with Delivery Enablement and teams to improve training capabilities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design ILT, Virtual, and eLearning content.
• Assess needs and become SME by researching audiences and product meetings.
• Define course objectives, prerequisites, outlines, and storyboards.
• Apply instructional strategies and integrate new methods into e-learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3-5 years instructional design experience (ILT/Virtual or eLearning).
• Knowledge of adult learning theory in blended learning.
• Translate training needs into engaging training solutions.
• Develop curriculum paths across multiple modalities.
• Experience in a multi-cultural, global organization.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and project management.
