📋 Description

• Define content, instructional design, and documentation standards, along with a repeatable workflow
• Transform source materials, subject-matter expertise, and operational knowledge into structured LMS
• Create clear, practical SOPs that document processes, roles, systems, inputs and outputs, decision
• Use AI and LLM tools to accelerate drafting, content structuring, and production while maintaining
• Interview stakeholders and subject-matter experts to understand workflows and translate complex
• Identify processes and learning topics that would benefit from short training or walkthrough videos

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, technical writing, learning content development
• Hands-on experience using AI and LLM tools to support content generation, structuring, editing
• Strong ability to interview stakeholders and subject-matter experts, understand operational
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain
• Ability to work independently and manage a fixed-scope project from planning through delivery with
