Instructional Multimedia Designer (Remote - Mexico Only)

📋 Description

• Create multimedia assets for learning experiences, including videos, animations, and motion graphics
• Collaborate with Technical Education Developers to translate objectives into visuals for learning experiences
• Apply visual design principles to improve clarity, engagement, and knowledge retention
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate content production while maintaining quality
• Produce and edit video-based learning content, including screen recordings, captions, and voiceovers
• Develop reusable visual systems, templates, and standards for consistency across courses, the Academy (Docebo) and Community (Gainsight)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating multimedia, visual, video, or motion design assets for learning and software environments
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and scalable design systems and visual assets
• Experience using AI-enabled workflows to improve design, production, prototyping, or content creation
• Strong understanding of visual design principles (typography, hierarchy, layout, and user experience)
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals that support learner understanding
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and instructional designers on multimedia projects
