🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in education, instructional design, or related field
• Five+ years in education or training development
• Experience building programs in regulated environments
• Knowledge of training standards and accreditation
• Digital learning content development expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong writing and presentation skills
