📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve training programs and materials for a regulated energy project.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and accreditation criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, project partners, leadership, regulators, and internal teams to
• Develop assessment methods, exams, and on-the-job training resources including simulations.
• Establish training performance reviews, learning plans, and documentation.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field.
• Five+ years in education, training development, or instructional technology.
• Experience creating training programs in industrial or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes, or industry best
• Strong expertise in digital learning content development and delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
