• Design, implement, and improve training programs, processes, and materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field
• Five+ years in education, training development, or instructional technology
• Experience creating training in industrial or regulated environments
• Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes
• Strong digital learning content development and delivery skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
