• The Instructional Technologist designs, implements, and improves training programs and materials.
• Ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.

• Maintains training records and supports audits and inspections.
• Supports budgeting and department planning efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field.
• Five+ years in education, training development, or instructional tech.
• Experience creating training in industrial or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes.
• Expertise in digital learning content development and delivery methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
