📋 Description

• Develop training programs, processes, and procedures for a new training organization while ensuring
• Create strategies for accreditation and long-term effectiveness of training programs.
• Apply the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodology to design, maintain, and improve
• Develop and update training materials to reflect plant design changes, procedure updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in education, training development, instructional technology, or a
• Experience creating training programs within industrial, technical, or highly regulated
• Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes, or industry best
• Strong expertise in digital learning content development and training delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
