🎯 Requirements

  • Five+ years in education, training development, instructional tech, or similar.
  • Experience creating training programs in industrial/regulatory environments.
  • Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes, or industry best
  • Strong expertise in digital learning content development and delivery.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
