📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve training programs and materials for a regulated, technical
• Develop training programs and procedures for a new training organization ensuring compliance with
• Create strategies for accreditation and effectiveness of training programs.
• Apply SAT methodology to design, maintain, and improve curricula.
• Update training materials to reflect design changes, operations, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with management, regulators, and internal teams to enhance training effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field.
• Five+ years in education, training development, instructional tech, or similar.
• Experience creating training programs in industrial/regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes, or industry best
• Strong expertise in digital learning content development and delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
