📋 Description

• Develop training programs and processes for a new training org
• Ensure compliance with standards, regs, accreditation
• Support accreditation and long-term effectiveness
• Apply SAT method to design and improve curricula
• Update materials for plant design changes and tech requirements
• Collaborate with management, regulators, and partners to enhance training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field
• Five+ years in education, training development, or similar
• Experience creating training in industrial or highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes
• Strong digital learning content development and delivery methods
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
