• The Instructional Technologist will design, implement, and improve training programs, ensuring
• Develop training programs, processes, and procedures for a new training organization while ensuring
• Create and execute strategies to support initial accreditation and long-term effectiveness of
• Apply the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) to design, maintain, and improve high-quality
• Develop and update training materials to reflect plant design changes, procedure updates, and
• Collaborate with management, emergency response teams, project partners, regulators, and internal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in education, training development, instructional technology, or
• Experience creating training programs within industrial, technical, or highly regulated
• Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes, or industry best
• Strong expertise in digital learning content development and training delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
