📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve training programs and materials.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and accreditation criteria.
• Develop training systems for a new organization and support long-term effectiveness.
• Apply SAT methodology to design and maintain curricula.
• Collaborate with management, regulators, and partners to enhance training.
• Design assessment methods and performance reviews for trainees.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field
• Five or more years in education, training development, or instructional technology
• Experience creating training programs in industrial or regulated environments
• Knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation processes
• Expertise in digital learning content development and delivery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills
