• Design, implement, and improve training programs and materials
• Align training with regulatory requirements and operations
• Develop training programs for a new organization
• Accredit and assess long-term training effectiveness
• Apply SAT methodology to curricula
• Update content for design changes and regulatory updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, training, or related field
• Five+ years in education or training development
• Experience in regulated industrial environments
• Knowledge of training standards, accreditation processes
• Digital learning content development expertise
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
