Instructional Video Designer

📋 Description

• Design and create custom instructional videos.
• Design and create custom content videos including animations and motion graphics.
• Develop, create, and package SCORM-compliant curriculum.
• Create and author scripts, narration, and on-screen text that simplify complex product concepts.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop storyboards that align instructional intent
• Scope and manage multiple concurrent projects, determining level of effort (LOE), project

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or instructional media creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), Camtasia, and animation tools
• Demonstrated ability to create original instructional scripts, media assets, and visual narratives
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant packaging.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
