📋 Description

• Deliver engaging instruction in electrical and electronic systems
• Provide hands-on technical training in diagnosing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing
• Teach industry-relevant skills, including residential, commercial, and industrial electrical
• Guide learners through individual projects and encourage critical thinking and technical
• Mentor and support students by providing individualized guidance and constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and update learning materials to reflect current industry

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 4 years of practical electrician-level experience in residential and commercial
• Journeyman-level experience with low-voltage systems and electrical components
• Experience in surveillance systems, access controls, PLCs, residential/commercial/industrial
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Genuine interest in teaching, coaching, and helping others

• Hourly compensation: $36.00–$38.00 per hour
